Bieber’s girlfriend, Selena Gomez, was also able to make it to the list although she dropped to #6 from last year’s spot in the top three. Demi Lovato was one of the ladies who were able to make it to the male-dominated list. Some of the other prominent names that were able to make it to the list include Mindless Behavior, Miley Cyrus, and Victoria Justice. It can be said that Bieber’s popularity is primarily brought about by his charisma and a little bit of swagger. Most people see him as a force to be reckoned with, especially in his age bracket.
