Through our efforts we obtain tickets to entertainment events of all sorts and make them available to our customers. We regularly list our current inventory of tickets we have available on our site, so that you can determine what tickets you would like to purchase and place an order for them.
We cannot assure you that the listings are completely accurate at any given time, since we process orders once a day, and tickets that have been listed earlier than when you look for them on our site may have previously been ordered by others. As a result, ticket availability and prices shown on our site may change without notice. We cannot guaranty that the tickets you order are actually available and available at the price shown. Through its various sources Ticketbroker.com is able to obtain tickets to events that have been sold out or for which tickets are otherwise not easily available. Our prices for tickets are almost always more than the face value of such tickets and include a service charge on top of the face value. The service charge varies with each ticket and depends on seat quality, supply and demand and our cost of acquiring premium tickets. For good seats to very popular events our price can be several times the face value. Also, for very popular national events, such as the Super Bowl or the World Series, prices can fluctuate dramatically within hours, and we cannot guaranty the accuracy of our listings. Tickets are usually available only in the quantities listed. All sets of tickets are located next to each other unless otherwise indicated or we notify you otherwise. You may request a small quantity of tickets out of a larger set of tickets listed (for example, 2 tickets out of the 8 listed), but we cannot assure you that the smaller set will be available or that the price will be the same. We suggest that you order even numbers of tickets, since lots of 1, 3, 5 or the like are harder to obtain, and will most likely be higher priced, if available at all. Your order for tickets is an offer to purchase such tickets at the price shown. Because we must make a fair allocation of tickets to orders, you cannot revoke your order until we have accepted it or rejected it. Once tickets are received, they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Ticketbroker.com is not responsible for time changes or rescheduling of events; it is your responsibility to confirm the time and date of the event with the sponsor. Ticketbroker.com will, however, issue a full refund if an event is cancelled outright.

You agree that by ordering tickets on-line, you authorize us to charge your credit card if we are able to fill your order for the quoted price of the tickets requested and any applicable taxes, charges, surcharges.
As an Illinois company, Ticketbroker.com collects taxes as required by law. We are required to collect an entertainment tax (varying up to 7%) on most events that takes place within Chicago city limits, and to collect use (sales) taxes from Illinois residents.
We deliver all orders by Federal Express and require a signature on all deliveries. If you believe Federal Express will not provide adequate delivery service to your address, please contact us promptly about alternative shipping methods. We do not have to agree to use any other delivery service that we believe may not be able to make a guaranteed timely delivery to you. We are responsible solely for timely delivery of your order to the delivery service so that it can reach you within the delivery period guaranteed by the service; we are not responsible for timely delivery to you by any delivery service.
We will deliver to the billing address of your credit card unless you have registered another shipping address with your issuing bank and indicate such registered address in your order. You may call us with special delivery instructions, but we will require faxed or original copies of your driver's license, credit card and signature on our invoice (e-mailed or other) in order to protect you and Ticketbroker.com against credit card fraud.
You are responsible for providing your correct billing and/or shipping address. We will charge you a fee if we have to re-route a shipment we have already sent because of your error in supplying the shipping address (by telephone or on-line order). We are not responsible for any claims because tickets arrived late or not at all because you provided incomplete, inaccurate or missing shipping information in your order.
Our business is such that delivery of tickets can be as late as the day of the event. We do not ship until we have verified your order and issued a confirmation. If delivery of tickets for an event is not scheduled at least two (2) business days before the event, please call or e-mail us in order to obtain tracking information and to alert us to any unexpected delays.
Ticketbroker.com will not be responsible for any late delivery if you do not contact us (by telephone conversation or fax or other electronic transmission with electronic verification of receipt) during business hours at least two (2) business days before the event to notify us that your tickets have not arrived.
As of July 1st 2005, we have stopped distributing our current Gift Certificates. We will only be honoring the current Gift Certificates until Jan. 1st 2006. We still will be distributing Gift Certificates, but they will be in a new form and have a "Promo Code " on them that will be required at the time of placing an order. Gift Certificates are applied to our listed Retail price and may not be accepted if a discount is offered. There is a limit of one per order and Gift Certificates will be good for 3 months from issue date.
Tickets for certain events are not distributed until shortly before the event. In such cases, we cannot confirm orders for a period of time, but will establish a waiting list. Please call us to get on a waiting list, and we will contact you as soon as we have tickets that you may order. The waiting lists are based on a first-come, first-served basis for tickets in various price classes; we may charge a non-refundable fee for putting you on the waiting list for certain very desirable tickets, but this will not guarantee acceptance and confirmation of your order.
Because various states and organizations place legal or contractual restrictions on the resale of season tickets, Ticketbroker.com does not resell season tickets as such. We can often, however, customize special packages for the series of events for which you may wish tickets. Please call us with your requests and requirements.
Ticketbroker.com is very much interested in obtaining tickets you may be unable to use for any popular entertainment event. Please contact us by telephone if you wish to sell tickets you cannot use. Please be aware, however, that state laws and organizations' contracts may restrict the trade, purchase or sales of season tickets. Ticketbroker.com does not participate in or sanction illegal trading, purchasing or selling of season tickets. You agree that your violation or attempted violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement may cause irreparable damage to Ticketbroker.com, the exact amount of which would be difficult to ascertain and for which there may be no adequate legal remedy. Accordingly, you agree that we may seek an injunction from a court of competent jurisdiction to restrain you and others acting with you from such violation or attempted violation with having to post a bond or other security, and that we may recover our costs and expenses in obtaining such injunction from you and such other parties.
If Ticketbroker.com takes any action to enforce this Agreement and its terms and conditions against you, we will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any costs of litigation, in addition to any other relief at law or in equity to which we may be entitled.
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and your use of this site at any future time will be based on the terms and conditions then in effect. We may impose additional terms and conditions on particular orders and purchases of tickets and other services from Ticketbroker.com, and such terms and conditions will be set out elsewhere on this web-site or in our communications with you about such orders and purchases before such orders or purchases are final.
