The reward is a trip to the Super Bowl and there they will meet the Baltimore Ravens for the sport’s biggest prize.

The San Francisco 49ers would not have reached the Super Bowl if not for the many contributions of their players. Quarterback Colin Kaepernick was a mid-season replacement that ended up supplanting the incumbent at his position.
